 AirShipTG Prospectus

Delorean ATG

Thank you for your interest in   AirShip Technologies Group.  We are currently interested in talking with corporate sponsors and venture capitalist to continue work on our revolutionary Spherical Induction Motor Spherical Wheel known as the   “Track Sphere”.

If individuals or venture capital associates are in a position to invest in this endeavor, we would very much like to talk with them at a time of their choosing.

AirShipTG competed in the PI-AXP Letter of Intent (LOI) Program when there were 121 confirmed LOI Contenders in the Progressive Insurance Automotive X PRIZE.  These contenders represent 16 countries and 28 U.S. states.  Since then, we have withdrawn from the program.

AirShipTG is seeking to raise venture capital to complete product design and prototype development of our Delorean ATG vehicle.  This will set the stage for cost planning, production, commercialization and sales efforts.  AirShipTG is unique in the marketplace whereby no other company is providing a product to the sustainable transportation segment that uses Spherical Induction Motor (SIM) vehicular maglev propulsion.

This solution changes the rules of the game in how vehicles travel, how variable sized vehicles including long haul maglev electric trucks can maintain hyper-efficiency, and populations can reduce or eliminate their use of hydrocarbon-producing green house gases (GHG’s).  The firm expects to achieve profitability by 2012.  Worldwide, AirShipTG is projecting revenues of $215M in its fifth year of operation with 207,941 maglev drivetrain motors and replacement parts deployed to vehicle manufacturers (domestic and international).  See the AirShipTG Investment Prospectus for a detailed cash flow and economic analysis.

Since the beginning, AirShipTG's founding members and the OTI team have contributed approximately $375,000 in venture capital and Open Technology Manufacturing (OTI) in-kind team services.  Additionally for capital consideration, the Berry Track Sphere Assembly Drive Train patent pending application will be transferred to the AirShip Technologies Group, LLC.  AirShipTG is seeking capital of $8 to $10 million, with the first wave of investment going to finalize the vehicle’s SIM Track Sphere drive train assembly through test, production and FHA certification.

For a variety of reasons, both economic & technical, there is currently a small window of opportunity to set a new propulsion standard in the transportation industry. To do it, AirShip will need at least the following 5 factors to be successful:

  1. Sufficient capital to launch the venture.
  2. A demonstrably superior solution to the competition, but one that is less complex and low maintenance.
  3. Track Spheres available in the market before major manufacturers commit to mass production of alternative hyper efficient electrical wheel technology.
  4. Drive the launch with a clever marketing campaign to capture the imagination of the marketplace, and
  5. Have low barriers for public acceptance, i.e., price and an evolutionary path to a sustainable electrical replenishment infrastructure.

AirShipTG needs to secure the necessary capital for the DeLorean ATG conversion to be complete.  We have a dedicated ATG team to rapidly make the DeLorean project a reality, but it will take venture capital. Of course, AirShipTG’s Track Sphere design will do what competitor designs will do and more.  However, if we miss the window of opportunity to produce the electric wheel induction motor, it won’t matter much.  Our design could be relegated to being a niche player at best.  Our goal is to transform the automotive industry to something much better than current internal combustion engine technology.  The time is right to make that change!

Feel free to share this with other potential venture capitalists and have them contact me directly.  Thanks in advance!
